酒店确实是在中心地带 但是入住和退房的前台服务都让我觉得很诧异 一个个态度很冷淡又很拽 不是五星级吗 主要是带着老人入住 房间还可以 但是很简约 感觉房间空荡荡 景色还可以 但是隔音效果太差了吧 外面有人走路都听得到 老人晚上都没休息好 价格跟瑞吉差不多 但是种种比不上瑞吉 不过住的期间在电梯里碰到了一位服务超级棒又很漂亮的小姐姐 叫Alice 她说是行政酒廊的主管 看着我带着老人 就跟我一起扶着老人在酒店转了一圈 还带我们去酒廊参观了一下 介绍的很详细 帮我们拍照什么的 要极度表扬！这才是五星级酒店该有的服务态度
