服务是很好 但硬件设施太差 我定的双床间 但床超级窄 前台upsale推荐我换一间大床房 说是全酒店最大的房间 我就换了 然后也就大一点点而已
最主要的是 双人床是两个单人床垫拼起来的 是的 你没看错 瑞吉的双人床是两个床垫拼的 而且感觉前台upsale说的有点言过其实 因为带宝宝
把房间整理了好久 才发现床垫的问题 要换房间又要折腾好久 所以睡了三晚 腰酸背疼

整体情况不错，住在85楼，能一览深圳中心区域风光，房间几乎全可遥控，设施完善整洁，床很软，服务热情，接待第一次来深圳的朋友的好地方。不过这次来住第一天入住的时候居然有一瓶别人喝过的水在我的房间？？？应该是无意之失，但这种低级错误太不应该了，所以卫生这次给4星，其他的5星
