Overall this was a great stay with a few issues they need to work on. Would definitely stay here again.
The bad:
- didn’t get a warm welcome. Had to stand around for five minutes until staff finally looked up from his phone and checked me in
- During check-in, staff mostly tried to upsell me to a bigger room. Felt pushy
- Being on such a high floor (80!), I asked about the fire escape route. Staff’s instructions were confusing
- We agreed on late checkout at 2pm. Unfortunately, my room key stopped working at 1:40pm, which meant yet another trip back up to the 96th floor. No apology. Almost missed my flight because of this. Very frustrating
- Sauna and steam room were not running on the second day and took a long time to start up. I guess this is more eco-friendly though
- Location is just alright. Not the most walkable, though we did go to a good 茶餐厅 about 400m away
The good:
- the room was excellent. One of the nicest I’ve stayed in. High-quality materials, lots of little details, and super clean
- Warm service from many of the staff, especially the butler who delivered my coffee, the pool/locker room uncles, and the women working at the spa. So nice
- For the price ($200, including breakfast) the room felt like excellent value
- the breakfast buffet. Wow. Cantonese, Indian, Japanese, western… so many options and all of it was fabulous. Really, one of the better buffets I’ve had anywhere
- Nice hot sauna and steam room. Great pool and weight room on the 75th floor

瑞吉躺在床上就能俯瞰夜景，客户都夸选址有品位。帮忙预订顶层餐厅，服务专业不越界，私隐保护到位，商务洽谈+休憩都兼顾，绝对是高端商务出行的首选。

早餐非常的不好吃，煮的麪条都没有熟，并且水果不新鲜一股味道，是我吃过最差的酒店早餐了……好好提高下早餐质量吧，服务也是冷冰冰，看到顾客推行李箱不方便也没有上前搭把手，像个木偶人一样,基本的微笑招呼都没有，不会再住了…国内最差瑞吉

住：Checkin 时前台推荐升级房型，高楼层180度大
景观，城市高点，一览深圳和香港景观，实在不错吃：两天入住包含自助午餐，种类丰富，昨天额外每桌有一份鲍鱼，挺好吃；今天是椒盐虾，对比下略略逊色一点
服务：酒店人员热情，只要看到我们都会主动过来，问有什么需要的，值得赞一个

来到最后一站，全世界最高的瑞吉酒店，也是全深圳最高的酒店，对面就是香港，有种怀旧感，马桶不是电动还是非常旧款那种，坐上去冷，老式风筒，房间的灯很难控制??，不过电视迷在浴室也可以追剧，可惜现在100楼是只能超级万豪VIP上去（等我赚够上千万才有资格??），看过图片就知道顶层的建筑美学，有后悔为什么订住这里三晚，好怀念之前的那两间酒店（只住两晚），好在落地窗日夜的景色好美，点名叫机器人送水来，好可爱好有礼貌，也可以控制升降梯，当我们多次按关门还以为是不是太旧电梯坏了，看不到原来是机器人要进来远程控制电梯等它进来和按楼层，是我落后咯??，酒店怪多客人，基本都满员，市中心嘛，楼下就是KKMALL，所以只送奶，茶，咖啡，水，第一天欢迎水果。最后一站当然要到酒店的餐厅打卡一下啦，咖啡厅简餐，虽然价钱不菲但可以看到日出日落的景色，复杂的建筑工程美学，还有99楼的意大利餐饮，挺大份的套餐吃完都要夜游来解腻，最后一晚就选自助晚餐，生蚝很大有熟有生吃的，还有火锅，第一次要自己煮龙虾和大蟹钳，也是第一次吃鱼子酱酸奶，太好吃啦，还有奶香无酒精鸡尾酒，这样的贵价广州就没有这样的质量，很赞??

我们是一家三口去度假一晚的，这里的管家服务真的不是一般的好，咖啡可以无限量点，免费送到酒店房间，前台小姐姐Ann笑容很好，能听懂我的需要，酒店大堂经理还送了我一小朋友早餐，虽然我是第二次来，但以后肯定有无数次，外面的景观真的很美，由其天朦朦亮到日出时刻，真的让人兴奋，房间里可以看日出??最重要Wi-Fi居然同香港相连信号．劲呀！所有Facebook，IG WhatsApp全部收到??特别喜欢瑞吉的魅力套房，错层2间房特别适合一家人，270度美景，还可以拥有自己的私人空间，就是衣帽间太大了，而我东西太少??????

酒店接待大堂设计和装潢既现代又豪华;职员专业，热情和亲切处理入住客人。从酒店大堂或房间都可以欣赏到室外美丽的风景和夜景。
尤其是泳池和更衣室工作人员较为细心，看看泳客不熟悉使用储物柜和看见地面有水积，会即时帮手和提出温馨提示；接待处职员看见泳客离开时手拿着湿的泳衣和泳帽会主动提供胶袋。餐厅食物丰富，环境舒适，员工热情有礼。
整体感觉满意，日后可能会再入住。

服务：
入住期间遇到的职员都非常主动、有礼貌。一楼门外的小哥，远远见到我们立刻走过来帮手拎行李、按电梯。前台美女Riya 办理入住手续快捷又帮助延迟退房。
早餐特别有印象有位姨姨收碟勤快笑容亲切，她及另一位女士都主动添加橙汁、茶等，非常好。食物美味、选择非常丰富多元化。check out 职员Alice主动热情，令整个体验更加完美。
位置：
大剧院站上盖连接KK Mall ，经过地铁站内可行去万象城，食肆、商店选择很多
景观：
房间在89楼风景开扬、幸运遇到好天气。洗手间令人惊喜。
衞生：
整洁乾净，令人住得很安心
这次是第二次入住，看过两边的风景，期待下次再欣赏余下优美风光
