景观还是很好的，但是因为被安排在了靠近罗湖一侧，所以没有办法看到cbd全貌，服务很好，管家是个韩国人，说中文挺可爱，但是设施就差了点了，阅读灯是坏的，洗澡间门漏水，遮光帘也有破损

管家是一个很有服务意识的女生。看的出管家的确是非常善良的。虽然不知道她叫什么名字。感谢在这个酒店能有那么温和员工。希望瑞吉其它员工可以学学。
