设施硬件和进一楼大厅礼宾的服务都很好，但是办入住的时候不是很满意，感觉跟该酒店的档次不匹配，一是办理速度有点慢；二是我们定的城景房，到三点四十分还没有，说要六点才有房间，没办法，小孩想城景房看夜景，所以只好加550元一间升级大床城景房，预定的时候说好是三点后可以入住，但是到了后并没有。建议：这样的服务希望能够改进，前台服务人员希望加强综合服务能力的培训。
