酒店硬件挺好的，就是管理得提高。
10/1晚上进11点才入住，一进门，空调冷得人要哆嗦，赶紧打电话要加被子，被告知被子没有，有毯子，但租用一个毯子要380元一晚上（或是280？有点记不清了）！有没有搞错，全球5星级酒店还真没有这么玩的！后来我们一个晚上空调都是关闭的，仍然得盖被子 - 你可以想象走廊里及其它地方有多冷！
有一天我在酒店大堂酒吧里给3个多月的小宝宝喂奶，特意找了个最角落的沙发，那种沙发背部特别高，不从最前面看根本看不到人，不一会儿，有服务员告诉我“这是商务场所，不适合喂奶”，我还真服了这水平！宝宝又没有闹，安安静静的，而且除了我之外只有另外一张桌子上有客人。。。
