晚上7点回房间卫生没有打扫，说因为我们按了请勿打扰，请勿打扰按钮在那里我都不知道。好吧。这算合理解释。请客房服务员来打扫，吸地板时，看见小朋友的牛奶撒了一些在桌子上，把吸尘器的头重重的扔到地上，气呼呼的拿抹布来擦，然后告诉我们，不要把牛奶撒到地上，牛奶撒到地上地毯会烂掉，离店时会收清洁费。“真是五星级的服务”。带小朋友的家庭注意了，一定要小心翼翼，万一您的孩子喝牛奶不小心撒了点，弄脏了洲际这么高档的地毯，那就不好了。
