前台办理入住的时候态度很好，很亲切，贴心，住的是行政豪华房，免费享受行政酒廊的茶点，酒水，早餐，点心，总的来说还是不错。不足的地方，电梯里碰到酒店工作人员，工作人员并没有积极地打招呼，微笑，细节方面没有做好!

是正5星的酒店 房间设备没话说 很满意 感觉包括清洁阿姨在内的员工都有用灵魂在工作 很帮忙很热心
不过应该改进一下房门关门的噪音 其他房间关门的声音都听见了
房间是9百多块订的 前台服务员有给升等，但就算没升等也会再来
地方不是很便利 周边没什么特别的好逛 不过我是自驾的 所以没所谓了

大嘴猴房虽然是贵，但值得的，可以足不出户两天啊。前台和服务的阿姨，还有餐厅的服务生都很有礼貌，五星级酒店就是五星级，前台好像叫Ashley和Christy？一定要找机会点个外卖注明让礼宾部送上楼，是个机器人送上来，可惊喜了。我女儿好开心。还会再去的

酒店的位置在福田核心区，车公庙，地铁叫车都很方便。早餐的种类挺丰富，中式的粤式茶点，虾饺烧卖和汤包都好，西式的面包很多，煎蛋卷很认真。酒店的浴缸不错，行政酒廊也值得推荐。

每次到深圳去住万豪酒店比较多，一直感觉服务卫生都非常好，但这次订的一个房间有蚊子咬到小孩子，蚊子还很多咬的孩子第二天痒的睡不着觉，很是有点不好，但服务员的素质满高的。
