明明已经是艺龙平台支付了费用，入住时由于没双床房，所以升级了房间，也在前台支付了升级的费用，退房时你们还自己疏忽在预授权里扣了已支付的房费。今天联系了你们酒店，确认了多收费内容后，要求将多扣的费用用于抵消下次入住的费用，并要求邮件告知我并内部做好登记。本来服务态度和解决方法就很不怎么满意，结果到从早上到现在，一封邮件都未收到，做什么服务？
