房间隔音太差了，楼道有人走动说话都很清楚。这次遇到不好的经历，边上房间吵闹酗酒到半夜，服务员劝阻无效，我们被迫夜里两点换房。一夜几乎没睡。。。虽然酒店给了早餐作为补偿，但是体验非常不好，希望以后不要再遇到这样的客人，另外投诉也请酒店第一时间有预案解决。

一星期最少4次酒店，绝对不会在去皇庭，服务人员意识太差，大半夜耗着。退房前台面无表情直接来句卡丢那就是。
