服务态度一点也不好，我们是住户，酒店就是给住户来住的，服务行业，顾客就是上帝，前台告诉不让续住，然后我在网上又定了一间，结果他们前台又说能续住了，然后也没给我补差价，然后第三天退房，还故意为难我们，服务态度，言语，都不是一个这样高端酒店能做出来的事！不知道他们老板怎么会录用这样的人！建议大家，尽量别住这个酒店，否则会惹一肚子气！

淋浴间和厕所连在一块，淋浴间洗澡排水很差积满水漏到旁边厕所，进洗手间的时候不小心滑倒摔交了，这需要改善！

位置确实好，中心区，周围吃喝玩乐都有。房间比较大，洗漱用品也是品牌的。酒店服务还可以，有事情及时响应。家具有点旧的感觉，看起来质量不算是很好。网络速度不算快，至少我的公司邮件服务器不能登陆。室外游泳池，目前温度还不能下水的。
