作为艺龙高星级用户，这一次的订单经历，让我最终决绝的选择了放弃艺龙，订单备注了大房，最后给我的是双床房，找艺龙客服，客服只有一句话，不能取消、没有大床，可以投诉……作为消费者，我用了艺龙几年，出现的问题众多，这一次已经达到了我的底线，更是所有消费者的底线，且这家酒店的前台服务也非常非常差……办入住和退房，客人在后面排队，他们竟然还在聊其他的事情，效率低下……
