除了地方偏僻一點外 其他都很好 酒店因剛剛裝修完 還有點味道 不過還可以接受 服務也很好 打掃衛生上需要再加強點

酒店环境很好 就是实在是太远了 到竹海要1个多小时 但是里面的服务真的超好 最好是明年所有设施全弄好再去

先说说设施，酒店设施都是新的，茶具很精致，外部环境也很好，有个小园林，适合饭后散步。再说说酒店服务，服务真心好，隔天酒店周晶经理已经来电话，问大人小孩几位，大概几点到，好安排服务，到酒店，保安就热情搬行李，进房送了菊花茶和水果，因为个人过敏，还特意升级了湖景房，很喜欢。晚上整夜床客服刘金娣还为孩子用毛巾叠了小动物，很温馨，点赞。酒店的餐饮也很好，赠送的笋丝很好吃，小竹鸡相当美味，推荐。周经理的全程服务更贴心，点赞。整体来说很满意。如果酒店房间能多点镜子更好，特别是卫生间要有化妆镜更好了。
