房间空调等于没开，半夜被冻醒。要盖两层被子睡觉，睡眠体验非常拉垮。空调噪音还很大！
早餐品种不多，最想吐槽的是，作为一家评为金钻的豪华酒店，华夫饼做的很难吃，吃起来口感非常的硬，像放了很久的样子。熟食区有些吃的很咸！？
总体体验很拉垮！中途因为院子灯坏了还换了间房。

来之前其实有点忐忑，因为在某平台看到了避雷贴，没想到完全是超预期的好！
管家态度特别好，微信秒回，非常耐心和给力。
?酒店很大，去不同的地方需要接驳，司机大哥人也很热情，我们频繁出门，他每次都很热情的接送我们。
?环境非常好，太喜欢这种江南园林风格了，早餐超级丰盛

房间很不错，室内配套设施完善，室外有院子，有阳台，还有码头。一楼挑高目测8-10米，相当舒适。二楼配套了阳台，阳光充足。适合家庭出游居住。

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. Everything went smoothly, and I felt very well taken care of. We would definitely stay here again!
The only downside is the breakfast - most of the dishes were cold and variety was not great.

房间非常舒适，上下两层，空间大，四个人住都绰绰有余。庭院很有古风，摇橹船入住，更有仪式感。酒店活动很多，我参加了申时茶会，还有颂钵疗愈，Roy小姐姐的服务热情周到，非常好的入住体验。期待下次还能再来。

酒店设施很齐全，房间很整洁，环境的话更是没话説，安静，美丽。很适合家庭修养，朋友出行。这个酒店最值得赞赏的一点还是服务，尤其是住的临河别墅，那管家24小时服务的质量真的没话説，几乎做到无任何时何地，基本上秒回，而且有求必应。能享受到如此的服务，真是物超所值

雪浪宋品酒店环境优美，超有江南水乡意境，拍照特别出片。住的家庭别墅，缺点是房间保温不好，特别冷。服务人员都很热心，但是酒店的接驳车经常反应太慢，等待时间太长。酒店的疗愈活动不错，Roy小美女专业又可爱，可惜做颂钵时周边环境太吵，影响效果。

之前就听説过雪浪宋品酒店，来无锡参加朋友的婚礼就来体验一下，订了临河单卧别墅，入住时酒店前台小姐姐帮忙升级成临湖单卧别墅，房间从大堂有段距离，需要酒店车接车送，但好在管家反应很快，遇到问题也能很快解决，接送基本不需要等待多久，人员态度也很和善，早餐也很全面，种类很丰富，下次还会考虑来
