入住的时候服务员态度还不错，免费升级了一间房；晚上订餐还不能电话预定需要自己去餐厅预订，更不能送到房间，需要自己去打包拎回房间，对于这么大的酒店居然没有这样人性化的服务，太差。退房时由于2个朋友身体不适，跟前台协商是否可以将三间房延迟到2点退房，本来前台一个小姑娘同意了，但旁边男服务员说不行，最多只能一间延迟退房，等于让我们6人挤在一间，本来现在就是淡季入住率也不高；后来第二次沟通又同意，一间12点退、一间1点退、还有一间2点退，无语😓；最终退房时前台也是，说话有一句没一句的，也不提醒我们开车来的要输入车牌号才能免费出去，我们到收费口还要收20一辆车，跟收费员解释后才放行。这次入住体验确实不行，去年来过觉得不错才再一次入住，这次朋友体验都很差，都说下次来坚决不来了，不值
