没有比这家酒店素质更差的了，从来不点评酒店的好坏，但是这家酒店实在过分。我只是掉了一个sk2洗面奶，当天晚上前台无人接听，第二天去询问变告知没有，我连放的位置都告诉他们，他们说之前空房没人入住，又去角落找过还是没有，那一定是打扫房间的阿姨拿走了，如此之差的服务，连一瓶洗面奶都要拿的酒店，你们考虑一下再预定。如果坚持要预定，一定要把自己房间东西放好，这种行为太可耻了！
