2019年的国庆节去的，酒店周边环境空气都很好，离竹海风景区很近，酒店里泡温泉很方便，一楼餐厅的中餐口味还可以的，退房时还赠送了自制的糖桂花。

酒店设施一流环境真好，服务也很到位，反正就是满意，餐厅菜味道很好，就是早餐品种少了点，与酒店档次不匹配，希望改进。

酒店就在竹海景区旁边，步行三分钟，最棒的是酒店还有景区早晚的散步卡，这个真的太爽了，门票钱都省了，酒店的温泉也很值得一泡。

酒店位置很安静，就在竹海边上，走走过去十分钟，前台买门票有优惠。入住客人都可以免费不限次数泡汤，记得是下午开始到晚上十点。泳池挺大的就是有点凉，温泉不错。冬天晚上室外泡个温泉别有一番意境，上来再来个石板蒸绝对完美。早饭品种也挺丰富的。点个赞。前台入住登记各方面也很专业，至少四星级标准妥妥的，硬件上若能再升级一下就更好。

房间整体干净舒适，温泉就在酒店里室内、室外都有下午1：00到晚上10：00开放，只要想去可以无限次去泡！对面就是竹海公园步行⑤分钟就能到，空气是真的好😁。可惜的是想去陶祖圣境去玩的那天下雨了没能玩成，嗯下次天气热点的时候在来感受一次宜兴的美景！
最后说一下客房服务的小张管家真的很贴心，把我洗的泳衣拿出去晾晒了，晚上还有免费酸奶哦！前台的态度也很nice，知道我们带着孩子一起还帮我们准备了儿童用品，超赞👏👏
