酒店其他都不错，就是要吐槽一下酒店餐饮部，我们那天有人过生日，提早十天预定酒店的同时就打电话到餐饮部把包房订好了，他们还告知了包房名称。当天到达酒店时餐饮部居然说没有这回事，还要我们把当初和我们联系的餐饮部的具体的人找出来，试想谁会在预定餐饮的时候问对方的姓名及联系方式的，真是奇了怪了！这么大的五星酒店管理还真有问题！！！后来在我们的一再坚持下总算在一个运动吧里面安排了一桌餐饮，真是非常扫兴！！！
