非常满意的一次入住体验，非常感谢给免费升级了景观房。视野豁然开朗可以望见太湖景观。早餐也很不错。品种多样口味也很好，下次去无锡还会选择入住。

总体不错，睡得很好，早餐丰富，服务态度良好。房间很大，个别地方墙纸翘了，观感不算太好。总体性价比适中，下次如果还是自驾的话会考虑再来的。

性价比不是很高，大年初一入住的豪华房，889的房费，但洗漱用品放棉签的护理包没有，电话后才送来，待洗澡时才发现连浴帽也没有，也懒得打电话了，五星级的服务也太差劲了

看到泳池开放才定的，结果去了之后泳池是外包给外面健身房的，，这么冷的天。换衣间，和泳池内空调都不开，孩子进去就出来了，，，休闲设施基本没有，性价比不高，同等价位下次不会来住
