处于市中心，到惠山小镇、南长街比较方便，到其他景区红绿灯较多。附近有江南特色小吃，价钱较贵，是普通小店价钱的5倍，一般普通小店价钱便宜。到灵山大佛、拈花景区晚上回来比较麻烦，的士漫天要价。
酒店不含早餐，早餐设在大厅，68元一位，感觉不值。
酒店价格相对来说，比较贵。
