服务很差，1??大早7点住的楼层就开始装修，打了6个电话前台，2个小时还没解决，我们夜里2点入住，就睡了4个多小时，投诉酒店后没有任何说法。

酒店位置优越，周围购物、吃饭很方便。我住的是普通标准间，设施相对来说还行，唯一觉得洗澡的地方不好，是浴缸里面带淋浴花洒的那种，浴帘要不注意贴在玻璃上，就会弄得卫生间一地的水，还不如就弄成淋浴房还好用些。值得赞扬的是，酒店的服务态度非常好，无论是前台、客房服务员还是餐厅服务员 态度都很好👍

床是两张拼一起的，虽然酒店更换了，但是心里很不爽，根本不是五星，厕所我伸手就能摸到顶，五星就这个标准？打电话前台说，四星标准建的，那是四星？服务中规中矩，但是绝不是五星！不如全季其他连锁酒店！事实求是！
