不得不承认这是住过的希尔顿中最差的！虽然2010年装修的 但是房间的设施设备都挺老旧低档的 装修真的很一般对不起五星 酒店还有很多自费的地方 比如wifi还要另外收费50元每人 上午12点多到酒店办理入住 被告知不能办理入住 要到至少一点后才能办理入住 离开酒店当天要求是12点退房 配套设施也差强人意 也没有因为是新区让人有新的感觉 周围的商店也不多 总之这个五星感觉不值 最多算4星

入住时带着烤箱余热的曲奇饼的香甜让人忘却了舟车劳顿，不得不承认这是酒店管理公司一个非常好的营销方案。房间、设施都很好，但位置稍偏，不过打车还算方便，门口总有车子等着，根本不用使用打车软件。前台主动服务意识有待提高：因为是进门前5分钟通过携程第三方预定，check in时前台不能查到我的名字的预定，让我在旁边等着。这个做法不是很人性化，完全可以先预授权让客人入住。至少态度上不能冷言冷语，在旁边等着也可以引导一下大堂的沙发。
