还是希尔顿的时候来住过两三次 换了主之后 真的跟之前的希尔顿没法比 落差太大了 服务意识太差 简单举几个栗子
餐厅基本上没什么人吃的 服务员素质跟路边小店的差不多
游泳池更衣室脏的不得了 也没人常驻打扫一下 泳池边救生员要么没人影 要么是两个小姑娘在聊天
反正以后再也不会来这里住了

帮忙办理入住的小姐姐很漂亮，很有耐心，虽然去的时候人比较多，但一点都没有不耐烦，期间虽然我个人比较急，一直在催她们，对此他们并没有表现丝毫不耐烦，服务素养很高。后来礼宾帮忙提着行李去房间，一路介绍景点，距离拈花湾和灵山大佛很近。另外酒店的设施也很不错，餐饮方面比较推荐灵山十鲜馆，价格实惠，味道很赞，餐饮环境也很棒。
