一张房卡一点都不方便 刷电梯需要房卡 房间就断电了 白天还好 晚上怪吓人的br建议房间两张房卡 或者一张房卡和一直电卡

入住酒店的当天虽然折腾了一番，但让我特别感动！订了两间房间，前台王经理照顾到了我的顾虑帮我预留好了，只是我们住的大床房由于房间朝向的关系比较闷热，向王经理反应后她很迅速的为我们处理，无奈当天酒店客满无法顺利升级，王经理沟通一番后决定帮我们升级一间房间到大套房，这个我是真的没想到，连跳几级的升级从来没遇到过！后来由于各方面原因我自己还是选择不升级，借了一个风扇倒也顺利解决了闷热的问题，但通过这次真的体验到了开元非常人性化的服务。入住后送了我们家小朋友一个小书包，里面有小拖鞋、儿童牙刷和小熊玩偶，还送了小礼盒，每天还有水果送，酒店的自助早餐、泳池都不错！以后出行还会选择开元！

环境不错，前台服务态度一般！早餐不错！房间还行，浴室的地面太滑！只要一有水就很滑，大人都要很小心的走 更别说小孩了！我的宝宝就滑了一脚跌下来撞到后脑勺，太吓人了！跟酒店交涉，酒店某经理还不错，带我们去医院检查了一下！后脑勺的问题都没有肯定的答案，我只能祈祷宝宝一切都好！浴室地 太滑 太滑 太滑！重要的事情说三遍！请酒店方重视起来！
