办理入住的时候直接遭遇三重暴击！第一，入住的时候查不到我们的订房记录，明明周二就已经给我们发短信说确认好了，到周四告诉我查不到入住记录？你在逗我？第二，机器坏了办不了房卡，叫我们自己上楼去，去楼道里喊一个打扫卫生的阿姨，让阿姨帮我们开门！到这里我已经很生气了，还有更奇葩的。第三，机器修好了可以办理房卡了，没有工作人员给我们送上来，而是叫我们自己去前台换房卡！Excuse me？？？？？？？？住过服务最差的酒店没有之一！！！！
