酒店设施过于老旧，目前的设置基本就是沿海城市三星到准四星的标准，特别是洗手间的厕所和淋浴设施急需维修，花洒的模式无法调整，开厕所的门还压伤手指。早餐品种较少且制作一般，倒是北朝鲜特色服务员还有些亮点，整体而言，感觉就是三星至四星酒店的标准吧。已留下贵店至总经理信件的问卷调查，意见谨供贵店参考。
