名符其实的度假酒店，设施齐全、大堂气派。虽是老店硬件设施已偏旧，但房间宽敞；前台服务还算满意，但不像有人说可以免费升级房型那么贴心；客房服务却响应偏慢，我因房间电视打不开，电话通知后等了二十多分钟才来人，有可能是早上的原因，而且换了两拨人才解决；卫生满意；真正的园林式酒店、面朝美丽的蠡湖，内部风景如画，旁边就是蠡园景区，风光秀美；碰上暑期特惠活动性价比超高。早餐中等。还有，远离城区，逛街消费就免了！

酒店面对的湖景是蠡湖，而非太湖，不过不去纠结人文因素，景色还是不错的，只是位置离市区或火车站都有点远，不开车比较麻烦。
房间说起来是三面落地玻璃窗景色，但只有二面是对着湖景，一面是对着街景，浴室有门可以去阳台，但是无法一边泡浴缸一边看湖景。就房间而言，大，但是没有预期的景色角度那么好。
关于服务，挺好。只是订房间说的每天2个水蜜桃，变成了1个水蜜桃，2个苹果，2根香蕉
