酒店环境不错，酒店前台刘芳态度很好，看到有小朋友，还免费升级豪华湖景房。小朋友喜欢里面大大的浴缸，还有酒店的游乐园，玩的不亦乐乎。靠近蠡湖，周末就是来玩一下，就在院子里逛一下。风景亦是不错

已经住了好几次了，实在是地方太美，服务高于大部分的五星酒店，而且饭菜也可口，并且可以选择自己合适的口味让厨房做，今后还会去的，

不是每次来无锡都能住君来湖滨，可每年总要创造机会住上一两回。尽管这家酒店的设施和房间并不是很新很现代化，比不上那些新造的外资五星，不过君来湖滨有着一种老式大饭店的独特气质，就像《布达佩斯大饭店》中的布达佩斯大饭店，和《时光倒流七十年》中的Grand Hotel。那些匆匆住过一晚的客人也许都没机会发现，这家酒店还有自己的理发室和医务室。
