酒店离鼋头渚不远，离蠡园特别近，但离市区太远就餐不便。只能在酒店凑合，酒店中餐餐饮和星级不怎么相符，排骨味道还好，但其他都很一般，肉丝也不断刀，酒店房间很小，洗漱用品也不是特别有品质，进门没有人帮忙拉行李引导，比苏州同星级酒店差很多。
