我们来的比较晚，正好当时办理入住的客人不是很多，到了酒店，一位叫蒋嘉毅的小哥哥还给我们升级了房间，虽然出来一趟途中有些疲惫，但是到了酒店却给了一个惊喜哈哈啊哈哈哈，巨开心?，前台小哥哥入住办理得也很快，填了一些单子，在办理入住的同时，胡婉茹小姐姐给我们讲了周边的一些本地特色小吃的地方，还有一些景区，然后很贴心地送我们到电梯口才走，不愧是五星酒店，服务一流，房间早晨醒来一眼望去就可以看到湖景，绿植、远处的山，以及蠡园尽收眼底，美好的一天从早晨醒来就开始了。总之此次旅程很开心，下次来无锡还会再次入住贵酒店。

离太湖风景区很近，就在蠡园旁边。酒店服务态度环境都很好。早餐也非常丰富，适合带小孩。酒店能直接到旁边的游乐场。

位置非常好，就在蠡园旁边。离鼋头渚也不远，正对湖景，免费升级了豪华湖景，服务好！旁边有个万象城，里面吃喝玩乐全部都有

第一次入住湖滨饭店，就在蠡湖边，环境优美。前台服务很热情，早餐也很丰富。最重要的是退房有东西遗留在房间，大堂刘小姐及时通知并邮寄给我。很好的入住体验，会再来。
