新开酒店，硬件当面还是不错的，但是细节还是有待提高。一，大堂自取的茶水是纸杯装的，显廉价不环保。二，订的行政楼层，入住时并没有主动告知提供的相关礼遇，酒廊使用还是我问的。三，带着孩子入住，并没有给儿童拖鞋和牙刷，电话问了才送来。 不过，总体的服务还是不错的，响应速度也比较快。63楼6-8点晚上的酒廊自助不住，行政楼层特享，free，人不多，夜景不错。酒廊营业时间都为行政楼层客人提供免费的软饮服务，聊个天，看看书，办公都是不错的，很安静。43楼大堂吧晚上有驻唱，整体气氛不错，老外较多。健身房不大，但设施算全，泳池较大，没有儿童池，只有在更衣室内有个小的按摩池可用。早餐品种和口味都不错，64楼景色也棒。员工都会主动问好，有笑容，凯悦的招牌，品质还是在的。一千左右的价格，性价比还是不错的，推荐！！

这次出游的凯悦酒店确实很好，地处市中心，周边商场林立，吃饭购物都十分的方便！酒店的整体环境也很好，入住十分开心！
