酒店还不错，第一次给的房间很小在角落，因为之前住过，又回到43楼办理换房间，换了个房间大了很多，视野也好很多，办理入住的帅哥人很好，到了还没房间，告诉我一小时后会有，早餐种类很多，去晚了会排队哦。退房速度快

作为无锡市最高的建筑，还是值得选择的。俯瞰整个无锡城区，可以远看太湖一角。但是作为五星酒店，服务自是没的说了，标准服务。设施还行吧！游泳池还好，人不多，服务好

早餐很棒 每次来无锡出差都会订这家酒店 在市区很方便 从高铁站坐地铁过来非常近出来就是了 健身房也不错 器材很全且干净 这次去游了泳 泳池很大 水不是很深 比较安全 而且早上六点就开门了 一直到晚上九点 服务人员接待热情 每次都会问好 刚开业的时候就来住过那时候觉得房间还好现在看就有点设施有点陈旧了 总体来说很好了 毕竟无锡好像豪华品牌的酒店蛮少的
