作为一家五星级酒店来说，各项体验很差。1、停车无人指引，2、预定的行政房，给的是2期的房间，房间完全没有达到5星标准，说是商务酒店也不为过，3、不知道什么原因，房卡居然无法供电，不到几分钟就没电了，4、早餐不知道是不是国庆人多的原因，安排了旁边的小包间，完全没有体会到其他网友评价的早餐很丰盛。住过国内外这么多大大小小的酒店，这次的入住体验真的很差。

酒店的马桶很旧，抽水的时候声音很大。隔音也不太好，门外的声音也能听德很清楚。大厅的人服务意识也不是很强。一个人带着两个孩子，差点被旋转门夹到也没人来帮忙。行李箱也没人来帮忙拿。住过的其他5星的都要比这家好。
