酒店的地理位置还是很不错的，我入住的是豪华套房，地方还是蛮大的，设施还算齐全，只是酒店的毛巾不咋的，都破了，不知道怎么回事！晚上外面的景色还是不错的，旁边的新一城，晚上很亮！

今天体验到听说过的差评了。前台某服务员表情冷漠、无打印发票、温德姆会员无积分、预订部人员业务不熟。我就不明白了，这个服务员如果是老板亲戚，那不是断老板财路吗？如果不是老板亲戚，那怎么还没被炒掉？

酒店环境、位置价格等都不错，唯独前台，10日入住11日退房告知没有发票，当天下午开出发快递寄送，但是18日打电话居然告知尚未开具，何时能寄出均为未知，如此大型酒店居然开不出一张发票？不能提供发票我是否有权拒付费用？如果是出差去入住此酒店请谨慎入住！三思啊！

酒店的硬件水平不错，在江阴算是不错的了，但是前台的服务需要大力提高，业务不熟，个别服务员的态度不敢恭维

前台服务永远很差！对客人的提问爱理不理。再问，竟然回答：找老板去，我们不知道！对是否入住这样的简单的事情，都需要确认几天！房间热水（不应该说明热水），开了五分钟，还是冷的。再一次上当预订了这个地方（不配被称为酒店！）

同样days集团，这家服务跟长沙小天鹅戴撕和常州副都戴撕都不好比，服务人员没热情，没微笑，新装修酒店房间一般！拖鞋比较喜欢
