游泳池很干净，服务态度很好，下次还会去住。十一旅游感觉很好，游客很多，但是酒店服务很好。br前台服务陈小姐和杨小姐，服务很好很亲切，有宾至如归的感觉。

酒店早餐很丰富，有豆花吃。亲子房间温馨，三大人入住，有免费婴儿床。周边环境清新，就是外面马路在修路比较灰。建议亲子房间的桌脚可以包下软包，孩子会磕碰到！前台小姚、小徐接待热情！下次还会来！

酒店本身设施还挺好的，地段也是休闲度假的好地方，怎奈这会儿上山的路正在修，实在是不好走，上一趟山就是用灰洗一趟澡啊……我想对酒店的生意也有挺大影响吧。酒店的服务比较一般，晚了就几乎不能提供服务了。不过也能理解，酒店地段那么偏，上下的路又不好走，客人也比较少，所以不便配置那么多服务人员。我半夜十二点后打服务电话叫过一次冰块，没有；白天又叫过一次冰块，竟然还问我要十块钱，这就闻所未闻了……酒店自助早餐比较一般，不过零点晚餐味道不错，量也挺大。
