酒店位置很方便、我进来满脸汗、前台经理很亲切的拿了瓶饮料给我、然后他注意到细节今天我出门忘记剪指甲了以外的拿了盒剪指甲工具送我很贴心的、很温馨、前台收银免费帮我升级房间非常赞、房间卫生很干净清爽、保洁大姐还担心我找不到房间、一路指引我、第一到无锡来这种服务真够亲切感、下次过来还会继续选择这家酒店、在此感恩工作人员的贴心、你们辛苦了、谢谢、你们是最棒的👍👍

第二次入住，给免费升级了1米8大床房，前台人员服务热情，昨晚住的比较晚，还为我们延时间退房到14点退房，很人性化的，周边环境也很好，交通方便，以后去无锡还去住这家，推荐一下！

火车站到酒店就十分钟，非常方便，去市中心逛逛也方便，早餐很棒，前台接待员态度热情，和我讲解本地好吃好玩的，大堂空气清香，大堂的工作人员精神状态很棒，很满意的入住。

毕业了带着女朋友来无锡找工作临时住几天，住在这里是最好的选择，离无锡火车站半公里不到，位置相当好，出现交通很方便，总台服务员热情，中间有盆花很漂亮，大堂干净敞亮，房间布置很舒适。 订的是最高楼层，视野很好，我在携程订的时候没有选择大床还是双床，到了前台说要双床，但是只有大床了，总台的小姑娘很热情的给升级了房间，非常感谢啦， 一楼的早餐蛮丰富，推荐来这里住。
