非常不愉快的出行，硬件尚可，位置在新区周边没什么，酒店服务态度一塌糊涂，脸上写着欠条！儿童5岁加收半价自助餐费，在五星豪华酒店里算奇葩，而且无任何预先告知，仅在餐厅门口由服务员嘴巴里告知，违反了消费者知情权，早知道就不住这家酒店了，希望后面大家都留个心眼。

酒店拥有艾美五星级酒店的品质，卫生干净，设施也比较好。酒店就在万达广场边上，吃饭购物很方便，价格也算比较实惠的。酒店早餐比较丰盛，可选的品种还是比较多，但是由于是节假日去的人比较多，去晚了之后要排队。

酒店很新总体感觉很干净舒服，房间一开始浴帘有点卡住，打了电话后师傅很快就上来了，随意说了句Wi-Fi连不上，师傅主动联系了服务员上门解决，服务绝对OK。旁边就是万达广场，吃饭随意逛逛都很方便，下次再去宜兴还是会选择这里.
