这是我住过的第三家艾美。一到酒店，服务很主动。接行李，送了小孩礼物和拖鞋。接着，升级湖景房。房间卫生很好，视野开阔。只是电吹风太低档。第二天申请延迟退房很给力。早餐服务基本到位。尽管只住了一天，到留下了美好印象。

非常好的酒店，我是来宜兴跑马的，酒店位置优越，起点领务终点都在附近，晚上湖边散步非常美丽。而且早饭因为马拉松提前到了5:30。体现了管理人员的服务理念。

住在11楼1126房间，因为是跨年，所以晚上非常超吵，有一群小孩在楼道闹。不过值班经理的专业程度还是让我惊艳到了，态度非常好，中间也帮忙协调，总之非常专业。酒店旁边的风景很赞！见下图！
