帮同事预定的，因为她一个带两个小朋友，看了好多酒店，我自己也没去过无锡，后来看到这家的评论，都说服务态度很好，价格也适中，后来我还亲自打电话去咨询，给我的感觉是说话很温柔，态度也热情，后来就决定这家了。同事入住后发来的照片也是很不错，她们离店后，还特意告诉我一定要帮她们5分好评，因为服务态度太好了，她们夜晚飞机，又免费帮助她们延长退房时间。特别她们要我点名表扬鲁欢和周梦圆姐姐，这两位姐姐帮助了她们很多。下次我去无锡，也要住这家酒店。

酒店服务很好，服务人员热情周到，属于性价比很高的酒店。唯一的问题是，晚上发现洗手液没了，打了电话后，一直到第二天退房洗手液都没加。
