很优秀的高级酒店。位置优越，毗邻南长街。西式建筑外观，中式风格大堂，日式客房装潢。酒店服务品质上佳，前台、服务生、保洁人员都很热情。标准间约四十平米，很宽敞舒适，大尺幅的观景飘窗可俯瞰古运河及周边仿古街区。卫生间除淋浴外还带个大浴缸，有日式高级酒店的风格。早餐品种还算丰富，口味还不错。略有美中不足的一是停车场与附近商户共用，节假日停车会比较麻烦；二是中餐厅主打粤菜，有无锡本地的江浙菜就更好。

第一次住无锡日航，房间设施挺齐全的，矿泉水在电梯口会放几瓶方便客人自己拿取，这点非常好。早餐一般，不像五星级酒店的水平，走了一圈没什么想吃的，跟其他五星级酒店比起来还是有差距的。酒店位置很理想，去南禅寺步行10分钟，南长街就在酒店对面，过个马路就到了。总体来说除了酒店早餐，其他都不错，下次来无锡还是会住日航。

酒店位置非常好，老牌酒店了舒适方便，后面是运河和酒吧街，前面是著名的南长街，吃吃逛逛还不错。

地理位置非常好，楼下就是南禅寺，朝向好的话可以欣赏到南长街夜景。设施非常普通，但是有着老牌酒店的坚持。浴室用的是汉斯雅阁。洗澡水很好，出水流畅，隔音也不错，床对我来说有点软。

酒店服务非常好，我老家老锡的，一家人回老家都住日航酒店。酒店离古运河步行街很近，过条马路就到了。离南禅寺也不远，步行十多分钟，可以去百年老店穆桂英糕团店品尝江南持色的各种点心。酒店前后有很多酒吧，喜欢泡吧的晚上可以去坐坐。

酒店位置非常好，紧临南长街，我们住的房间沿大马路，直接就看到繁华的清名桥历史街区，晚上逛街非常方便。

早餐不错是自助餐，和妻子两个人用餐，前台办理入住速度挺快的，耐心引导我们注册健康码，升级了房间，环境不错有免费的停车券拿
