总台的服务差到冰点携程预定，到总台办开房手续说携程还没传真过来，做自己的事情后催促到旁边电脑看，订单已到，办好入住，问6开头房间那边走，总台竟然指示往8方向走(期间跟着推销如圣诞在期酒店定套餐，可免费升级套房)到了8区域怎么也找不到房间，重回大堂问餐饮服务员告知相反方向(分析总台服务员在做其他事情，根本就没有用心来指引方向)，同为五星级酒店湖滨，金陵，铂尔曼的服务非常快而热情，对于梁鸿这样的五星级酒店以后只能进而远之也!

酒店旁边有古镇但是也要开车出去，属于泡店类型的酒店，但是周边环境还不错。如果能更便利点更改好了，酒店规模不是特别大

都蛮好的，就是最后想延住一天，被告知不能以原先携程价预定，只能酒店价订让人不是很舒服。
还有就是自助早餐有个别服务员态度不好。

位置有点偏了，服务也一般，游泳馆的服务员和门房的脸拉得老长。
酒店设置很好，早餐种类很多，值得赞一下。
