下午入住酒店，办理好了入住以后酒店会有很漂亮的车子送到别墅区，热心的司机会帮你送行李，并协助开门进入别墅大厅，全程都比较热情周到，酒店前台都是微笑接待，让人感觉很舒服，酒店房间干净整洁，拖鞋穿着特别舒服，客房服务员很好，有求必应，酒店贴心准备了入住水果，很满意，唯一的一点就是早餐收取的费用比较高，我女儿145cm，酒店毫不犹豫的收入了128的早餐费，这一点比较不开心的，其他都是非常不错的，值得推荐的酒店，儿子女儿都说下次去无锡还要再住这里
