上次住记得是在去年国庆，服务很热情很贴心。所以这次去无锡再次选择这家，但有点失落，前台服务很心不在焉。不过酒店卫生环境都还是很不错，位置靠近太湖景，周边没有什么商业区，也没有什么吃的和便利店，不是很便捷。但房间整体住的还可以，2号楼要比1号楼干净舒服，1号楼太老了，设备陈旧
