酒店环境非常好，在太湖边升级了湖景房那叫一个美呀！酒店服务到位，完全五星级标准，送的水蜜桃这叫一个甜！中餐厅与自助餐食材到位，价钱合适！值得一去！

酒店环境好，晚上很安静。酒店的风格是我喜欢的，服务态度和善，入住后还送了应景的水蜜桃。已经不是第一次入住了，非常喜欢，下次还会继续入住。

下午三点半到酒店房间还在打扫，等了半小时才入住，晚上自助餐158一位性价比不高，周边都是饭店，不建议在酒店吃自助餐。服务真心一般般，和五星级差太远，电梯就像迷宫，去不同的地方要换最起码两部电梯，我从泳池去停车场换了三部电梯，从没有酒店是这样的布局。所谓的湖景房离湖太远，将就着看还行。总体来说，性价比不高，亲子的就别去了，周边江浙沪比这好的亲子酒店太多了。
