整体印象很好，到前台想升级房间，直接跳2级付现补了差价，位置还不错，5层的豪华景观房带阳台与阳台浴缸。

硬件设施真是很牵强，特意多花一点钱预定了湖景房，窗口却是被老大的树遮挡，得找角度才能看到湖景。不能忍受的是厕所和浴室竟分别在床头和床尾，非常不方便，以及最难忍受的是睡在靠近门的床上有股臭气萦绕在鼻子边上，而靠里的床上却没有，所以一定不是酒店号称的“天然绿色”水藻味。可圈可点的是酒店的服务，因当天不小心烫到，酒店贴心的提供了免费烫伤膏，这点很不错。自助早餐品种挺多的但口味一般。

酒店环境满意，因为是亲子游所以格外挑选了环境好，切是软的太悦，服务也很好前台的eden特意给升级了湖景房，谢谢了 下次还会再来！
