定的高级标间正对着四楼厨房出风口，凌晨4点多开始工作，太吵，没法睡觉；空调风量无法调整；睡衣有味道～

艺龙的老客户，如约到达酒店准备入住没想到酒店说没有入住信息，而我早在几天前就己预定豪华标准间了，而且手机显示己确认，没法只能入住标准间了，客服退款40元，没跟酒店沟通好就发确认信息这就是工作上的错误希望以后别再发生，不然会失去好多与我一样的客户。

酒店别有洞天，孩子在酒店里玩的很开心。早餐质量很好，退房还送了礼物🎁，感觉很超值，服务员服务很好，下次来无锡还住这里。
