酒店位于中心地带，门面不算大，设施齐全。服务也不错。冬季入住宾馆很温暖，可以不必穿上厚实的外套。过年时期晚饭使用套餐能吃得很饱，早点自助货品很多。总体感觉还不错。

我只想说大堂经理蒋知英美女简直太nice了。人漂亮讲话好听全程微笑非常有礼貌。让我这个做银行大堂经理的人都自愧不如。还帮我们免费升级了行政套房。包括前台两个美女姐姐也特别好！漂亮服务态度一流。全程双手传递东西。真的比开元名都什么都好。至少在我住过的五星级包括什么四季酒店服务都比不上她们。下次住绝对首选。果然宜兴老牌五星级酒店，给宜兴长脸～

上次老婆开会住的这边，觉得不错，这次周末带儿子出来也就继续选择了宜兴宾馆。服务超级nice，因为是网络预订，前台免费给升级了房型，环境整洁优雅，价格也不贵，很好的一次旅行住宿体验。
