位置很好，柏威年对面是万豪，万豪后面就是丽思卡尔顿，有通道联通，丽思卡尔顿也能直接通到商场。就是可能住得穷鬼房，反正也没啥特别服务，牙刷会掉毛，早餐的水平真的和酒店定位不符，非常普通。

相较国内利兹卡尔顿，装修设施稍显旧，价位出发，总体性价比不错了。房间不小，衞生间很大，地理位置优越，服务很好。在此特别感谢2月14日凌晨0点快1点时段前台接待的圆脸漂亮小姐姐，非常仔细办理了入住主动，得知我偶特殊情况主动拿了个人衞生用品帮忙应急。

服务很好很优雅，酒廊服务更是体现出极高的专业性。房间老旧是肯定的，不过套房非常宽敞，且硬件保养还可以，能看出当年的辉煌。公区装修不像国内铺张浪费，非常克制，但是家俱选择又非常大气典雅，综合考虑价格，选择套房是一次绝对超值的旅途。

非常好，设施有年头了，维护还蛮好，装修风格很喜欢，很漂亮，这次带妈妈和我女儿，三人住大床房，还有沙发可以让我女儿自己睡，房间面积很大。
酒店位置特别好，走到柏威年五分钟，吃东西购物都很方便，在柏威年负一楼就可以解决。
酒店早餐还行，各种口味都有一些。
酒店有一大一小两个泳池，两个泳池都有点深，对于小朋友可能有点不便。

Another excellent stay here. Check in and check out process was smooth. It was a busy day, the room was not ready and we were able to wait at the Club Lounge and grab some afternoon tea. Staffs and security was extremely welcoming and friendly. Room was spacious, and clean. Air conditioning was working well. Toilet was clean and spacious too. Breakfast, lunch and dinner was delicious at the Club Lounge$ Thank you for the excellent stay again! Go-to place to stay in Kuala Lumpur! And thank you for the birthday cake!

房间挺好的，有点年份的酒店。但是维护的不错。住了三天每天早餐都一样。离柏威年走走几分钟。离黑风洞打车50元。

楼下就是柏威年和小吃街，而且跟万豪是通着的，通行比较方便，走商场里也会凉快一点。早饭种类挺丰富，衞生也很好??。酒店人员的服务也是很不错的??

设施：游泳池、健身房都属于中规中矩，房间内的空间够大、厕所漂亮
服务：非常的好，丽思卡尔顿的服务没输过！前台DAYANA ALIAS服务态度非常的好！
服务是可以弥补老酒店的不足
