服务很好，出行也很方便，每天开夜床的时候会送小蛋糕，早餐的鲜榨橙汁很好喝，水果也不错，离柏威年很近，吃饭逛街很方便。

The hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. The basic comfort of the room was “no good feeling” because the windows which was poorly insulated (not double glazed windows) was noisy especially midnight. The coffee maker was not functioning well despite repairing and even replacing it with a spoiled one. I was told that all the coffee machines were not dripping smoothly and you can’t even enjoy half a cup of coffee. Check it out!
Hopefully, the management team will look into these problems and rectify them as soon as possible.

位置很好，闹中取静，旁边万豪、威斯汀虽然有景观，但临街估计晚上摩托炸街会让人受不了，房间内设施比较老，但维护很好，房间大，尤其衞生间、衣帽间很敞亮，很舒服，服务也很好。牙刷质量太差，没有之一，又硬又掉毛、牙膏也很差，很掉价。美中不足，没有小童泳池，两个泳池都比较深，4.9ft，小孩完全没法游，旁边有个临时的塑料小童泡池，很敷衍，水比较脏，好在旁边有一小间小童乐园，里面玩具比较乾净

行政和普通办理入住的柜枱不在一个地方，只有英文服务，没有中文，不过我不会讲英文的妈妈居然靠body language也顺利的一个人吃上了早餐??
房间总体不大，整个房间最亮的地方是洗手间，全白加镜面，亮的反光哈哈哈哈哈
每天回到酒店，还能吃上个小蛋糕，也算还不错

The Ritz Carlton was amazinggggg!! The breakfast was particularly so good, I had a great time. The hotel is old but very well maintained. The staff were superb and friendly, never had any issues. They also helped store our bags for a few hours on check out day!

The service provided was excellent, Julia at the front desk was very helpful and attentive. I like the swimming pool so much as the vibe is very relaxing. There’s a connecting bridge from the hotel to Starhill that makes it easy to walk around.

来吉隆坡看朋友，非常满意，位置优秀，klcc中央，就是周边有点拥堵，吉隆坡不那么适合city walk，去帕威年很方便，走路五分钟，算是吉隆坡最大的商场了。总体很满意，欧式装修风格。

房间很大，设施完善，很漂亮，洗浴间特大，酒店服务好，衞生很乾净，酒店位置优越，在市中心，周边就是商业中心，逛街购物吃饭都很方便，去周边景点叫grab 也方便，值得再次入住
