饭店位置佳，在武吉免登区，走路就可到Pavilion, The exchange TRX, 亚罗街夜市，也可走skywalk 15分钟到达Twin Towers. 早餐丰富，服务好。在吉隆坡5星级酒店中CP值高

我们这次连续入住两晚的丽思卡尔顿酒店，房间的体验尤其是浴室简直是贵族般的享受，酒店还提供泡澡用的海盐，这在其它酒店是没有的服务，相当棒!早餐很不错，用餐区的座位是这几个五星级酒店中最好的，唯一美中不足的是早餐的多样性稍嫌不够，有失五星级酒店应有的水准。酒店的地点很完美，出门就是柏威年购物中心，离敦拉蕯商场及城市花园很近，很不错。

礼宾可以説是度假级别的，所有工作人员都很热情态度特别好，每晚会有两块布朗尼，Li Yen餐厅出品不能説很好但是会在没有要求备注的情况下主动给过生日的朋友准备了小蛋糕，整体装修风格是欧式的，早餐一般，总之就是不能説很完美，但是软件服务补足了一些硬件缺点。

Top location and all the main shopping venues are within walking distance. KLCC is a short walk away too. Great service from everyone we encountered and the staff really made our stay a pleasant one. Yummy breakfast too and a great variety of food.
Only downside - the room we stayed at is quite dated and there are mould on the outside walls.

Stayed at The Ritz-Carlton Kuala Lumpur with high expectations, but unfortunately had a very poor breakfast experience on 1 January 2026, which was an extremely disappointing way to start the new year.
We understand that breakfast hours can be busy. However, guests should still be treated fairly and professionally. During breakfast, the table management was handled poorly. We were seated at a large 10-seater table in a quiet and uncomfortable corner, which was clearly unsuitable for our family.
Throughout breakfast, we noticed multiple tables closer to the food station becoming available, including a 5-seater table. Each time, we were told these tables were “already assigned” and that a better table would be arranged for us. However, none of the supposedly assigned guests ever appeared, and despite repeated assurances, no table change was ever offered until we finished our meal.
What surprised me the most was that there was no initiative to rectify the situation, even after our dissatisfaction was clearly expressed. For a Ritz-Carlton 5-star property, this level of service is far below expectations.
Experiencing such poor service on the very first day of 2026 was shocking and left a negative impression of the hotel’s service standards.
I sincerely hope management reviews their breakfast table management and staff training, as this experience does not reflect what one would expect from a luxury hotel.

First class hotel in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. Room/batbroom was of a decent size & had all the amenities (bath/shower) except bath salts ??. Had the look of a classic London 5 star hotel except it was a lot cheaper. Breakfast buffet was great with plenty of varieties (Chinese, Western, Malay) although the Teh Tarik should be ready when the buffet starts. Was not the 5 star hotel best breakfast buffet in KL although I had no complaints. Hotel had a decent enough hotel gym & swimming pool but they need to increase the temperature of the water, the pool was freezing. Staff from many countries was very helpful around the hotel, lots of compliments to them from me.

必须五分好评，大品牌就是不一样，这次来吉隆坡选择丽思卡尔顿酒店真是明智，酒店位置优越去哪里都方便，主要是服务好，酒店奢华装修风格独特，房间乾净整洁服务很贴心，每天都有服务员过来打扫衞生补水也及时，酒店的泳池也很舒服，下次来吉隆坡还会住这里。

据説是全世界最便宜的丽思卡尔顿，确实比较有年代感，但是服务还是到位的，入住的时候看到是一家出行，帮忙把两间房换成了大套房，方便了不少。
酒店位置非常好，出了巷子口就是柏威年，附近美食也很多，唯一就是有点堵车。

陪伴82岁妈妈到吉隆坡旅游，入住丽思卡尔顿酒店，第一晚入住周边的酒吧非常吵闹，令人无法入睡，老母亲是整夜无眠。第二日清晨分别与酒店和携程联系，携程和酒店都分别回覆了会给我们调整房间，下午3：30给我们办理调整房间，客户经理亲自道歉，携程客户也来电话询问落实情况。在携程订房真是令人安心、放心、暖心。

酒店地理位置很好，就在柏威年广场对面，整个街区方便又热闹。酒店外表低调，内里优雅老钱。服务超级好，每天加水和送甜品，衞生也做得很好。
房间又大布局又好动线，一入门就是个很大的衣帽间和衞生间，还有梳粧台，方便收拾行李和洗漱化粧换衣服。再进去是起居室，床，沙发和书桌都有，很舒适。
早餐丰富又美味，赞一个。号称是世界性价比最高的丽思卡尔顿！
