Spacious room. Very clean. The room as tidied up exceptionally well daily. Would be lovely if a washing machine is available inside the room and the extension of the bathtub shower head is easier to use.

That's was perfect stay. Next when i come back to KL, Definitely i will stay again. Unfortunately, i couldn't get cocktail because of my schedule???? And sauna was awesome, i didn't expect that i could do sauna in Malaysia

可以预想和接受地板价的丽思卡尔顿的老旧，但不能接受的是，隔音很差，马路上的声音听的清清楚楚，不戴耳塞根本没法睡，睡觉轻的千万避雷！
早餐也很一般，不会再订了

细节很到位，从礼宾、前台到客房，每一个环节都细致、周到！不管什么时候离开房间，从不担心房间的打扫，他们既不会催促、提醒，只是跟随着住客的节奏妥当地安排好一切！

酒店位置好，从一楼可以直接走出去就是Pavilion购物中心，非常热闹！
自助早餐很丰富，当地美食，西方早餐，水果，甜点，咖啡果汁选择很多。
房间很大，就是床有点硬！
服务人员都很热情，周到. 因为过了check in 时间，房间也没有好，还给我们升级了套房，很感谢。有机会还会入住

入住了3卧房套房、空间感十足，十分适合家庭入住。大厅有大型餐桌、可以购买地道美食回酒店、在空调房慢慢享用。
地点无话可说，可步行至很多景点及知名餐馆。
不愧为全球性价比最高的ritz carlton

客观的讲酒店硬件设施比较老旧一点但是还是很干净，但是最值得一提的做为老牌奢华酒店，服务非常到位，酒店门口的迎宾到前台再到电梯间和餐厅所遇到的每一位酒店工作人员都是笑脸相迎并且问好也很贴心的指引路线，非常友好和善，中间离开去了浪中岛定了早班机问了前台很贴心的在退房时给我们准备好了打包带走的早饭，很丰富并且量也很足，超级贴心

第一次来吉隆坡，真的是不夜城，人好多，酒店位置好，一来就是parvilion。入住也好，我们住的是家庭大房，这价钱，性价比也高，不过，酒店有啲年份，有点旧，而且，我还在酒店电梯见到Cockroach 曱甴??，亚热带地区果然充满生机。
